5. Joe Spano
Since the late 1960s, Joe Spano had a very noteworthy acting career that consists of popular movies and TV shows like The Enforcer, Batman Beyond, Texas Rangers and The Invisible Man, amongst countless others. But those are our distant memories and lately his venture in the NCIS is garnering all the attention. He is admirably playing the character of Tobias C. Fornell and he was tied up for another season.
